Last Friday we finished our Apple Unit. We have been studying all about the life cycle of an apple, reading apple books and apple poems. We have also been learning all about Johnny Appleseed. So, we thought the best way to wrap it all up was to do some craftivities and have a few apple snacks! I wasn't able to get many pictures because WE HAD PAINT OUT!!! That always makes me a little nervous. AND we were having so much fun I forgot to take pictures :(
We did apple stamping, made an apple book and Johnny Appleseed hats. We had baked apples and we taste tested red, yellow and green apples. Yellow was our favorite apple and green was our least fave.
